Letter to all North East UK MPs on Fusion Smart Traffic Management Systems
Traffic Crossings using borrowed military battlefield technology repurposed within a Civilian Fusion data acquisition context enhanced by AI to cause laser-radar irradiation health damage. Worldwide?
Dear North East England MPs (29 emails),
My Ombudsman Complaints for Newcastle City Council, Northumberland County Council and also a complicit NECA funding of traffic systems are specific complaints about ignoring Government legislation requirement to allow Public Consultation, notification ,and Objection comments.
Within my complaints I use examples of possible public consultation issues, comments, and objections negated by these Local Authorities by ignoring that Government legislation to consult the Public.
As one of the most significant Objections comments that has been supressed relevant to Fusion Smart Traffic Management systems is made by Mark Steele in the Appeals Court files evidence.
Due to that suppressed inability to be allowed Public consultation, he has had to use the First Tier Appeals Court to make his "Objection comment" denied to him by Local Authorities in Appeal No FTEA20240459.
Having read his submission in detail and provenance analysed the supporting evidence in his deposition, I conclude he has an evidenced case as have the Appeals Court where an attempt by Transport for London failed to “Strike out” the case.
A TfL “Stike out” to dismiss the case attempt to suppress the evidenced fact that has ironically ensured the Appeals Court will make a full adjudication. The uncontested Mark Steele evidence is compelling.
It is relevant to read Marks deposition to the Appeals Court (One of the Judges that presided over the “Assange” case) to fully understand why my Local Authority Ombudsman Complaints are necessary.
Denied Public Consultation is denied democracy and opens the gates to imposed edicts from Local Authorities at the expense of Public health, particularly the illegal avoidance of not conducting an Environment Impact Assessment. EIA.
Although I have restricted my correspondence to purely Local Authorities not complying with Government legislation to consult the Public on Fusion Smart Traffic Management System using Lidar-Laser, and 24Ghz radar, as well as Security issues, and Data Harvesting, it is now time to also debate Mark Steele’s ongoing Appeals Court evidenced deposition as to the specific issues not getting Public consultation.
Clearly it will all be decided by at least three ongoing Court cases as undeniable precedent for all MPs and Local Authorities to consider the implications.
A Need to know for all copied in.
Unlike Local Authorities, as with all correct scientific procedure, I keep an open mind, consider all hypotheses until evidenced, to then have peer group review validation, until a more convincing science comes along.
Mark Steele’s case is evidenced and convincing fact as the Appeal court who have also reinforced its validity with the legalese appraisal as evidence "made apparent" and disallowed Transport for London TfL attempts to “Strike out” the case.
The Local Authority in this case Transport for London v ICO-Steele, as well as in an upcoming Mayor Khan C40cities v Steele as court cases which have not provided any contest to the Appeals Courts assessment "made apparent" facts by Mark Steele.
I ask all copied in NE MPs to be aware of the evidence facts, and consider your next best efforts to represent your constituents, and above all else to ensure developing technologies are safe.
That is what an Environment Impact Assessment is for and never conducted anywhere.
I also have a template copy of my 6 Complaints now with the Ombudsman adjudication for Newcastle City Council, and also a complicit North East Combined Authorities NECA Ombudsman Complaint on funding these Fusion Smart Traffic Management Systems imposed without Public consultation as unconsented edict authoritarianism, not least all the evidence suggests as lethal.
Local Authorities’ Fusion Smart Traffic Management Systems using phased array Lidar-Laser and multiple 24Ghz radar phased array focused beam scanning insist they are not “the (telecommunications) providers” of that communications system to then deny compliance with the Government legislation to consult the Public.
I argue the Local Authority (LA) solely gave permission as the telecommunications provider, they paid for it, they installed on their land, to then use that transmitted data to charge traffic users, and Fusion coordinate their LA roads, to make money for their purposes by data harvesting to corporates as evidenced by TfL, for their purposes as a provider using 5Ghz-24Ghz intercommunication between all their LA installations, i.e. collective merging of their data collection technologies via Fusion, data downloads on ID, movement, location through Media Access Codes MAC, Engine management ID, Blue tooth ID, Wifi ID, and Mobile phone ID traffic radar scanning ID, and as provider with financial advantage Data harvesting to sell to corporates. E.g. TfL.
All without any debate or Public consultation, or even to allow Objection.
UK Local Authorities are indeed “the provider” within Government Legislation, otherwise; Who Is”?
The Local Authorities fail to accept they are a communications provider.
Failed to inform or get accreditation from Ofcom as a Communications designated provider.
Failed to have a Sec of State Driver Information Systems Licence.
Failed to comply with Ofcom regulatory General Conditions of Entitlement.
Failed to notify the Public or allow Notification Objection for their Smart Traffic management System installations.
Failed to accept responsibility, or address banned Huawei products being used in these Yunex, AGD, Siemens, Thales, Huawei Sicore II, SenSys ID Fusion systems, as well as ignored Sir Richard Dearlove’s concerns presented to Westminster MPs.
Failed to comply with the Aarhus conventions.

Chinese microchips could “immobilise London”, MPs have been told
“The former head of MI6 has warned MPs that China could “immobilise London” by switching off Britain’s traffic lights, due to Chinese companies controlling so much critical technology in the UK.Sir Richard Dearlove, the former chief of the Secret Intelligence Service, claimed that Chinese-made microchips embedded in UK infrastructure could be exploited to cause blackouts and bring the capital to a standstill.
Dearlove and Charles Parton, a veteran diplomat, said Chinese companies dominate the microchip industry for devices embedded in technology known as the “internet of things” (IoT). These chips — known as Chinese-made cellular IoT modules (CIMs) — are installed in appliances and vehicles that transmit and receive information over computer networks.
The microchips can be embedded in household items such as fridges, speakers, and air fryers, or in physical infrastructure such as traffic light systems and electric vehicles, enabling them to connect to other devices via the internet.
Speaking at a parliamentary event hosted by the Coalition on Secure Technology, Dearlove and Parton warned MPs that these “gateways to computers” are now ubiquitous — and potentially accessible at any time by their Chinese manufacturers.”
“Beijing, which has ambitious plans to expand the sale of Chinese-made cars in Europe, could also use the vehicles to harvest sensitive data from drivers.”
I ask all North East MPs copied in to consider the implications due to your Local Authority not complying with Government legislation to allow Public Consultation on these Fusion Smart Traffic Management Systems using Infrared Lidar-laser, and 24Ghz radar on health damage.
Mark Steele makes a convincing evidenced case to the First Tier Appeals Court using categoric evidenced fact of Local Authorities using Lidar-Laser Class 4 (lethal) invisible Infrared laser diodes or in coherent phased array, (Osram Orlon Black LEDs) and multiple cross scanning phased array 24Ghz radar irradiation-excitation of any blood toxins, pacemakers, adjuvants, pseudo-magnetic lanthanides (Gadolinium, Cerium, 52 toxins adjuvant toxins.).
All of which Mark Steele has evidenced with some of which directly taken from Yunex, Thales, AGD Siemens, SenSys ID documentation as categoric.
The evidence mostly as peer reviewed, but also using physical evidence of the Lidar-Radar apparatus, circuit boards, and patents ownership by military manufacturers from Thales, Huawei (a banned Huawei redirected as supposedly from Eastern Europe), and Siemens.
My own explanation for these astounding revelations is that civilian; medical, traffic, and social utilities have “borrowed” military battlefield technology and repurposed it within a Civilian Fusion data acquisition context in combination with AI enhancement, without addressing the health damage.
The Local Authorities as providers of telecommunications for these systems have to comply with Government Legislation to consult the Public on Fusion Smart Traffic Management Systems and to have an Environment Impact Assessment EIA. on Public health damage.
